Owned and operated by Kevin Barnes, Alternative Detailing Solutions has grown from a local Massachusetts start-up into New Hampshire's trusted name in vehicle protection and ceramic coatings.
Our Story
Alternative Detailing Solutions began in Bernardston, MA in 2013 as a local, convenient, and affordable option for your detailing needs. Owned and operated by Kevin Barnes, who has decades of experience in the detailing business, ADS has the tools and expertise for any detailing job.
Self-taught, Kevin has been cleaning cars since before he could drive them. He knows which techniques to use, when, and where. Kevin stays current on up-and-coming products and is constantly perfecting new techniques on his own vehicles before passing the benefits on to you.
In 2019, the opportunity arose to acquire a shop on Route 10 in Gilsum, NH, just outside of Keene. We couldn't turn down the idea of owning a larger shop space. We moved to New Hampshire in October 2019, and have been focusing on the area's vehicle protection and ceramic coating needs ever since.
